About me

My Philosophy

"Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day; show him how to catch fish, and you feed him for a lifetime."

This is the motto I always keep in mind when I see a client. The aim of my therapy is to help you getting your life back, returning to all your activities and the things you love, living a full, rich and meaningful life not affected by pain.

In order to achieve this I will provide you with various tools and strategies to use in order to manage your symptoms and to become independent, not reliant on expensive therapies. It is important for me that you feel able and confident in managing the issue on your own, without it impacting your life in any way.
